Welcome to your opportunity to grow your mindset, emotional intelligence and physical wellness!

Are you ready to design a plan that fits you in order to create the healthiest version of yourself. Live the authentic life you were meant to lead.

Why A 40 day plan

The purpose of this 40 day plan is to begin the process of deprogramming an ill mindset, recharging with healing energy and beginning new healthy habits.

There are many questions asked throughout time and space; however, five questions stand to be answered by each individual life, from the tallest tree to the tiniest ant.

Origin: Where did we come from?

Identity: Who are we?

Meaning: Why are we here?

Morality: How should we live?

Destiny: Where are we going?

Each person must answer each of these questions for themselves. The hard part is that the world we live in has polluted and distorted these questions. This, in turn, has altered the answers someone gives. With social media, racial and gender stigmas, the modification of our food and even our water all playing a part in how we experience the world. With manipulation we are taught that we have to follow the herd or we’ll be cast out with ridicule. We have been trained that ‘we are individuals, then a collective’ all while expected to put your government first. With all the labels and identities separating us even more. This leaves us to forget that every person you meet and life you encounter adds value to this world, including those that seem to try to break others down. They add lessons and the experience of building ourselves up.

As fear and pain run rampant more and more people believe that because they were “wronged'', they deserve something. Then the belief they must take from others, as if someone took something from them. Re-enforcing the pain and trauma, and reaffirming the victim mindset and reaction.

We are not owed anything because we never lose something. Energy is always transferred by what focus goes to.

Allow yourself the space to answer those five questions for yourself and one more, who do you want to be?

Plan Outline

  1. Identifying starting point

  2. Preparations

  3. Cleansing

  4. Recharge

  5. Creating new habits

  6. Continuing point

Starting point

When getting ready to begin a run, the first thing you'll need to know is where the starting line is. When you know where you begin, you'll be able to really track how far you’ve come. This way you'll be able to learn much more about yourself through your experiences.

Things like, how your physical body handles the challenges of continuing even when it feels impossible and how your thoughts push you when it feels as though someone was able to leap a bit further off the start line. It is also important to know how your energy carries its stamina as you press on in the face of all the obstacles in front of you.

Take your time asking yourself a few questions about your mind, body and energy.

Body

Answer these questions for yourself with as much detail as you are able.

  1. How do you feel about your body? Why?

  2. How do you feel day to day? Any parts of your body that regularly feel tense, aches, bloating etc.?

  3. Are you regularly active? Why? What kind of activity makes up most of your days?

  4. Do you have any medical conditions?

  5. What kind of lifestyle do you live? What do you do for a living?

  6. Do you smoke, drink alcohol, gossip, make excuses or bad eating habits, etc.?

  7. What is your goal for your physical body?

  8. What do you feel holds you back from that goal?

  9. What is your regular eating schedule or habits?

  10. Do you take medication, supplements or vitamins? - this includes herbal medicine

  11. How many hours of sleep do you get a night?

  12. How much water do you drink in a day?

  5. Do you regularly find quiet time to just breathe or meditate?

  6. How is your memory?

  7. What would you want to learn more about?

  8. Do you have aggression, excess anger or any overwhelming emotions?

  9. What hobbies do you maintain?

  10. Do you keep a journal or personal tracking tools?

Energy

  1. What is your most sensitive part of your body?

  2. What makes you feel insecure?

  3. Where does your confidence come from? What you wear, eat, read, who you’re around etc.

  4. What is your favorite color? why?

  5. How often do you trust your instincts?

  6. Are you able to empathize with others?

  7. Do you feel stuck in life? What part of life feels stagnant?

  8. How do you adapt to change?

  9. What are you afraid of? Why?

  10. What is your purpose in life?

Here begins your journey by identifying your starting point.

What are your personal concerns or complaints?

Guided Meditation: A Personal Path

Follow along the guided meditation without forcing expectations. Just observe. When you are done, write down each experience with great detail answering all the questions you’re able to.

Set overall intention

What do you desire to get from these next 40 days? Is there a goal you're working towards in your personal growth? Have you put something off that you've been thinking about for a while now?

Starting anything we always set goals such as cleaning a bedroom which often won't get done right away but if we set smaller, much simpler goals like making the bed. Known as the 20 second rule, this practice makes continuing outdated habits 20 seconds more difficult and new healthy habits 20 seconds easier. Take steps, such as removing the batteries from your remote or logging out of your social media apps after you've finished surfing. If you’re looking to workout more, eat better or learn a new practice utilize the 20 second rule to make these things much easier.

Another tool to grow your self image and your ability to connect to higher emotions try this technique:

Self Love Trojan Horse

Pure yourself a glass of water each morning and evening. While holding this glass in your two hands begin to hold thoughts and feelings of things you love. For example: your pets, children, hobbies or anything that you truly love. Hold this feeling for as long as you’re able while your glass of water is still in your hands. Once you feel ready, drink your water.

Write detailed plan of execution

Physical changes

Mental changes

Personal changes

Cleansing

When cleansing it's important to include your body, mind, emotions and energies. This will help you achieve homeostasis, leading to ever lasting healing. To begin a detox you must set the intention to release what no longer belongs, for your highest good.

This looks like:

Writing out what you have decided to take away from your next 40 days, with the intention set, the future experience and the emotions that will be experienced with your goals achieved. This opens the mind as well as emotions and allows more opportunities.

This section of cleansing will also have a very special training.

IDENTIFYING BELIEFS

to clean something we must know what you get to keep and what you get to throw out. When it comes to personal beliefs we will identify them and clear out the one that limit your life and your ability to achieve your highest level of success. As complex as this can be this entire 40 day process you will be taking the time to questions everything, from your reactions, feeling, thoughts to what you eat and more. Why will be your best friend throughout this journey. once we identify your limiting beliefs you get to toss those anf hone your focus on what does add value to your life!

Ex) while going through this journey myself I came to realize spending so much time alone, I developed a belief that I was alone because others didn't value me or want to spend time with my authentic self. once I was able to wake up to the reality that I hid away due to fear of rejection and wore masks so if they didn't like me it was always the mask they didn't like, not me. Here is where I was able to come to the realization that most people love my authentic self so gave myself the opportunity to delete that and write

"Every time I adventure out as my authentic self I create more opportunities and allow others the pleasure of experiencing my abundant love!"

For the next seven days you will detox and release everything that is holding you back and causing dis-ease.

Each day of the week will include a cleanse of a chakra and the organs and emotions associated. Here many things will come up for you so you get to question it all. keep track of both your limiting and abundant beliefs.

7 Day Detox

During your 7 day detox a few things will stay consistent

  1. 12/12 Fasting: this means during a 12 hour window you will enjoy nutritious meals (about 5 small meals a day) from a time frame that works best for you. Then rest or don’t eat for another 12 hours

    1. Ex) 6am-6pm or 8am-8pm Eating window and 6pm-6am or 8pm-8am fasting

  2. Hydrate! You will be drinking at least ⅔ gallon of water and no more than a gallon per day.

  3. Morning and evening meditation from 2 to 60 minutes (challenge yourself for as long as you are able)

  4. You will create a morning and evening routine for

    1. Hygiene

    2. Fitness with weekly photo updates

    3. Learning, reading, writing or mental practices
