NEW OUTLINE TO ENERGY HEALING: 7 Days 7 Chakras

MONDAY - Muladhara

Today's focus: Cleanse yourself of fear. Ground to Gaia. Observe your body

Monday is about releasing fear stuck in your energy. Cleanse the associated organs and release any misperceptions of yourself and others around you. Then once your energy is cleansed and refreshed you will close your energetic door to anything that doesn't add value to your life.


The Muladhara involves safety, security, hips, kidneys, fear, bladder and adrenal glands. This means while you go through your day today and you set your daily intention it will be associated with these aspects of the Muladhara chakra.

Spend time imagining your greatest fears, decide where they come from and if they serve your highest good. As the answer is likely that these fears are really just holding you back, allow yourself to gently release them. This chakra develops from the womb up to a year of age. Regress back to let go of anything that was built into you in this time that creates stagnation in your life.



The Muladhara Chakra (A.K.A. the root) is located at the base of the spine and plays a role in The 4 Living Elements with the 4 Elements being Mind, Body, Emotions and Energy.


  • Safety

  • Security

  • Worthiness to exist

  • Primal

  • Grounded

  • Bladder

  • Kidney

  • Rectum

  • Hips

  • Adrenal glands

  • Self identity

  • Sensing others bodily

  • And More


Cleansing


MIND

  • Bring to the front of your mind any moments where you felt unsafe, unrooted to the earth, unstable or insecure. With these moments in your front brain ask yourself

    • Where did that thought come from?

    • Why did it affect me the way it did?

    • Do I believe these thoughts?

    • Allow yourself to respond to your thoughts with “thank you for sharing”

  • *Recommended location: bathtub or nature* Place your hands over your root and heart chakras as you allow yourself to release all that does not serve your highest good.


BODY

  • Drink plenty of water and for an added bonus include lemon to assist with detoxing all major organs

  • Refrain from drinking alcohol, smoking of any kind and consuming processed foods.


ENERGY

  • Trace your kidney and bladder meridians backwards once and forward three times in the morning and evening

  • Top photo bladder meridian and bottom photo kidney meridian


Balance & Recharge


Find a comfortable seat with your spine straight and your hands palm up on your knees. Allow you Take a few calming breaths here.

When you’re ready, Interlock your fingers pointing the middle out touching and thumbs relaxed

Breathing in, allow energy into your root chakra gathering any stuck emotions

Breathing out, deep and drawn out ‘LAM’ like a landslide, your emotions will tumble down and release debris out as your root grows brighter


Meditate with the mantra:

In addition to this meditation you'll bring your focus to a symbol SHAHMA (sha-ma).

SHAHMA: In meditation helps to overcome the fear that forms the basis of all barriers to growth

  • Visualize this symbol in your meditation holding its purpose in the front of your mind. Do a full body scan then begin todays mantras by

  • breathing in: I am safe, strong, secure and strong
